The following roles are for our innaugural elementary school year in 2027-28. All positions are based at our Shimokitazawa campus. Training begins in 2026 for leadership roles and 2027 for teaching roles.
Lead RST's founding elementary campus — setting academic vision, building the founding team, and stewarding the Reggio-inspired approach as it extends into grades 1–5.
Lead a class of up to 12 students through inquiry-driven, project-based learning across core subjects, in close partnership with a co-teacher and specialists.
Support students developing English as an additional language, working alongside homeroom teachers to build confident, fluent English communicators across the curriculum.
Run our elementary atelier, bringing visual thinking and material exploration into every subject alongside classroom teachers.
Guide hands-on investigation in our atelier and project space, supporting project-based units with experiments, prototyping, and technology.
Provide individualized and small-group support, working alongside homeroom teachers to ensure every learner's needs are met in an inclusive classroom.
